Congratulations! You have decided to dedicate your life to following Jesus. You may be wondering what’s next on your journey. We want to help! Join us as we guide you in the next steps toward following Jesus Christ.
Baptism is a significant step of obedience that demonstrates to others that we have personally entrusted Jesus for our salvation. Jesus was baptized when He was on the earth, and we do this to follow His example. When Christians are baptized, they are submerged under water to identify with the death and burial of Jesus and raised out of the water to identify with His resurrection. Baptism shows others that you have been made new. It also symbolizes your old, sinful life being washed clean because of your personal faith in Jesus.
If you’ve made the decision to follow Christ, baptism is one of the most meaningful next steps you can take. Baptism is a public celebration of your decision to follow Christ. Water baptisms take place on-site in our baptistery during cold months or off-site on the waterfront in warmer weather.
If you are interested in being baptized, see one of our Elders or fill out the form in the link below.
Communion (also called the Lord’s Table) declares that you have accepted God’s gift of grace and forgiveness through Jesus Christ’s sacrifice.
For I pass on to you what I received from the Lord himself. On the night when He was betrayed, the Lord Jesus took some bread 24 and gave thanks to God for it. Then He broke it in pieces and said, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way, He took the cup of wine after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant between God and His people—an agreement confirmed with my blood. Do this in remembrance of me as often as you drink it.” For every time you eat this bread and drink this cup, you are announcing the Lord’s death until He comes again. – 1 Corinthians 11:23-26
The Bible is the supreme source of Truth for Christian beliefs about living. It’s God’s Word written specifically to guide us through life.

Talking to God isn’t a one-way street – He wants to talk to us, too. Take time to learn His voice and listen to His direction for you.
My sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me. – John 10:27 NLT
Any time we give God credit for His goodness, we are worshipping Him. When we pray, serve, or help others in their faith, we are following God’s will and showing our gratitude for who He is.
Honor the Lord for the glory of his name. Worship the lord in the splendor of his holiness. – Psalms 29:2 NLT
